Qualification:

ITI Fitter / Diploma Mechanical / B.E. Mechanical

Experience:

2–10 Years in EOT Crane Mechanical Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance

Routine inspection of crane mechanical components.

Lubrication of moving parts.

Tightening of structural bolts.

Inspection of gearbox and couplings.

Checking brake lining and adjustment.

Inspection of wheel assemblies.

Rope lubrication and inspection.

Breakdown Maintenance

Attend crane mechanical breakdowns.

Repair or replace damaged components.

Alignment of motors and gearboxes.

Gearbox repair.

Brake servicing.

Bearing replace…

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

Predictive Maintenance (PdM)

Breakdown Maintenance (BM)

Emergency Fault Attending (24×7 if required)
