Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Visit customer sites for installation, service, repair and maintenance.

  • Perform calibration of flow meters and other technical equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at site.

  • Handle service calls and provide timely technical support.

  • Maintain service reports and required technical records.

  • Work as per instructions of the Senior Engineer / Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely completion of service and maintenance calls.

  • Proper installation, repair and calibration of equipment.

  • Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proper technical support.

Qualification

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

  • Willingness to travel for field visits.

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
