We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV & Voice & Audio Service Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, public address (PA) systems, intercoms, and other voice and audio solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field service, wiring, networking, and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IP surveillance systems.
Install and service PA systems, voice evacuation systems, intercoms, and audio equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and periodic system inspections.
Troubleshoot cameras, recording devices, switches, routers, and cabling issues.
Install and terminate CAT6, coaxial, fiber optic, and audio cables.
Configure remote viewing and mobile applications for CCTV systems.
Ensure proper documentation of installation and service reports.
Coordinate with clients to understand service requirements and provide technical support.
Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards.
Travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and emergency service calls.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with CCTV surveillance systems (IP & Analog).
Knowledge of DVR, NVR, networking, TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
Experience with PA systems, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and intercom systems.
Understanding of structured cabling and cable termination.
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
