Our product range includes currency counting machines, currency sorting machines, counterfeit note detectors and other banking automation solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit banks and financial institutions for installation, servicing and maintenance of machines.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.

- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown services.

- Attend customer service calls across Maharashtra as required.

- Ensure timely and quality service support to customers.

- Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts and technical assistance.

- Maintain service reports, installation records and customer feedback.

- Provide basic machine operation guidance to bank staff.

- Travel to customer locations as per service requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or related fields preferred.

- Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical systems and troubleshooting.

- Experience in field service or machine maintenance is preferred.

- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel across pune .

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
