Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote technical support for home automation products and solutions.
Installation, configuration, integration, and commissioning ofhome automation systems..
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, customer complaints, and service requests.
Conduct product testing, troubleshooting, and quality verification.
Coordinate with R&D, QC, and warehouse teams for issue resolution and product improvements.
Handle warranty support, replacement product testing, and service documentation.
Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
Maintain service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.
Support sales and project teams with technical assistance when required.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Electronics, IoT, and Home Automation Systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Customer handling and communication skills
Basic understanding of networking, electrical wiring, and smart devices
Ability to work independently and manage field service activities
Willingness to travel for onsite installation and support
