Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment.
• Perform site surveys to determine camera placement and system requirements.
• Handle cabling work including network cables, power cables, and connectors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to CCTV systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system health checks.
• Ensure proper recording, backup, and storage of surveillance data.
• Provide technical support to clients for system usage and minor troubleshooting.
• Upgrade or replace faulty components such as cameras, hard drives, power supplies, etc.
• Maintain service reports and update installation and maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards during installation and service work.
