### 🎓 Qualification
• Engineering Graduate in **Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation**
• Full-time regular degree from an **AICTE-approved University/College**
• Minimum **50% marks**
### 🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Floating tenders, preparing in-house estimates, bid evaluation, job awarding and contract closure
• Vendor registration and development
• Vendor/bidder negotiation and coordination
• Coordination with **EPMC, Project, O&M and Finance** teams
• Ensuring compliance with **CVC, MSME, GeM and statutory guidelines**
• Inventory management for Project & O&M
• Coordination with OEMs and suppliers
• Checking and certification of contractor bills
### 👤 Desired Profile
• Good knowledge of **Contracts & Procurement (C&P)** and tendering procedures
• Knowledge of **GeM, Bid Evaluation, Vendor Registration & Development**
• Knowledge of inventory management and contractor bill certification
• Strong **communication, negotiation, leadership and conflict-management skills**
• **Oil & Gas industry experience preferred**
