Job Description: Production Operator

Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Shift: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM (Single Shift)

Core Objective

To assemble, process, and test electronic sensor components while maintaining high quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly & Soldering: Perform precision Gun Soldering and Dip Soldering on electronic components and PCBs.

• Wire Processing: Operate automated cable cutting and stripping machines; perform manual terminal crimping.

• Protection/Encapsulation: Execute Epoxy Potting and Dipping processes to seal and protect sensor units.

• Quality Testing: Conduct End-of-Line (EOL) testing to ensure products meet electrical and functional specifications.

• Support: Assist in general production activities and maintain a clean, organized workstation (5S).

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electronics assembly and soldering techniques.

• Experience: Previous experience in an electronics or sensor manufacturing environment preferred.

• Attributes: High manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical SOPs.
