Electronics Technician

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering & Assembly Technician to support the assembly, soldering, testing, and rework of electronic PCBs, modules, sensors, wiring, and electronic products. The candidate will be responsible for carryin

out accurate soldering and mechanical/electronic assembly work while maintaining product quality, cleanliness, and production standards.in-hand salary of ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 15,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform through-hole (THT) and basic SMD soldering of electronic components on PCBs.
• Assemble PCBs, electronic modules, sensors, connectors, wires, cables, and other components.
• Identify electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, connectors, transistors, and sensors.
• Follow BOM, circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions during production.
• Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, connector assembly, and cable harness preparation.
• Carry out PCB soldering, desoldering, component replacement, and basic rework.
• Inspect solder joints for proper connection, solder quality, bridging, dry joints, and component placement.
• Perform basic functional checks of assembled PCBs and electronic products.
• Use tools and equipment such as soldering iron, hot-air station, multimeter, DC power supply, crimping tools, cutters, and other hand tools.
• Support prototype assembly and product development activities as required.
• Maintain proper identification and handling of components during assembly.
• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures while handling electronic components and PCBs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
• Identify assembly defects and report quality issues to the supervisor/engineer.
• Assist in troubleshooting and rework of defective PCBs/products.
• Maintain basic production/assembly records and report completed work.
• Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Required Skills

• Good practical knowledge of electronics soldering and PCB assembly.
• Ability to perform neat and reliable soldering work.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and their identification.
• Ability to read basic circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
• Knowledge of basic electronic testing using a multimeter.
• Basic understanding of polarity, component orientation, continuity, and short circuits.
• Good hand skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify soldering and assembly defects.
• Basic knowledge of ESD handling and safety.
• Willingness to learn new electronic products, tools, and assembly processes.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
