Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer locations for battery service and support

  • Check battery condition, backup, and basic functioning

  • Replace batteries as per requirement

  • Coordinate with office/service team for job updates

  • Maintain service records and customer details

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls

  • Follow safety guidelines during field work

Job Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of batteries / power backup systems

  • Willingness to do field work and travel locally

  • Ability to handle customers politely

  • Physically fit for field service work

Preferred:

  • Experience in battery service, inverter, or UPS field work

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Work Location: Field work (customer sites)
Reporting To: Service Manager
