1. SSC / 10th & Intermediate – Unskilled

- CTC: ₹16,407/- per month

- Take-Home: ₹13,500/- per month

- Attendance Bonus: ₹300/-

- OT: ₹77/- per hour

12 Hours

- CTC: ₹21,872/- per month

- Take-Home: ₹19,000/- per month

- Attendance Bonus: ₹300/-

- OT: ₹77/- per hour

2. ITI – Semi-Skilled

8 Hours

- CTC: ₹17,560/- per month

- Take-Home: ₹14,500/- per month

- Attendance Bonus: ₹300/-

- OT: ₹82/- per hour

12 Hours

- CTC: ₹25,000/- per month

- Take-Home: ₹21,300/- per month

- Attendance Bonus: ₹300/-

- OT: ₹82/- per hour

3. Diploma – Skilled

8 Hours

- CTC: ₹20,840/- per month

- Take-Home: ₹17,500/- per month

📅 WORKING DAYS & LEAVE
