Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service/Field Engineer with a Diploma in Engineering and 1–3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Networking, and PA Systems at client/project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, test, and commission Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Surveillance Systems, - - - - - Networking, and PA Systems.

- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of systems at site locations.

Diagnose technical faults and provide timely resolutions to ensure system functionality.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Handle site visits, inspections, and system audits as required.

- Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols at all times.

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients when required.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / IT or related field

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Fire Alarm, CCTV, Networking, or PA Systems

Basic knowledge of wiring, installation, and troubleshooting

- Willingness to travel to project sites

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling Fire Alarm Panels and detectors

- Knowledge of IP-based CCTV systems and networking basics

- Ability to work independently at site locations

Understanding of AMC/service work
