Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Field Technician to handle the on-site installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras and speaker systems. This is a field-based role requiring travel between various retail shops and commercial locations.

Key Responsibilities

Installation: Setting up CCTV cameras (Analog/IP), DVRs/NVRs, and commercial speaker/audio systems.

Wiring & Cabling: Professional routing of cables, conduit fitting, and connector crimping (RJ45, BNC).

Configuration: Configuring mobile viewing for cameras and testing audio output for speakers.

Troubleshooting: Visiting sites to diagnose and fix technical glitches or hardware failures.

Customer Interaction: Explaining basic system operations to shop owners.

Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years in CCTV, networking, or electrical installations.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of IP addresses, routing, and basic electrical wiring.

Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field visits.

Soft Skills: Punctual, polite, and able to work independently.
