Electronics Technician

We are looking for a Electronics Technician to join our team at Equinox Global Innovations to have fundamental knowledge of electronic engineering, understanding roles and workings of PCB, be able to look over manufacturing processes done in house. Solve problems during any manufacturing struggle and be able to give strong inputs during new product problem solving sessions. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of IC components and its roles in the PCB.

• Read repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.

• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
