Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining electronic components and circuit boards using soldering techniques. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, steady hand skills, and basic knowledge of electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform soldering and de-soldering of electronic components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards)
Assemble electronic products as per technical drawings and specifications
Inspect solder joints to ensure quality and reliability
Repair faulty components and circuits
Use soldering tools such as soldering iron, hot air gun, and rework stations
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workstation
Follow company quality standards and safety guidelines
Report defects or issues to the supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of electronics and circuit components
Hands-on experience in soldering (through-hole & SMD preferred)
Good hand-eye coordination and precision
Ability to read circuit diagrams (preferred)
Familiarity with soldering tools and equipment
Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th–12th with experience
