Electronics Technician

• Operate and maintain utility systems (boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, HVAC, water treatment, etc.).

• Ensure continuous supply of utilities (steam, air, water, refrigeration, power).

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Monitor and record utility parameters (pressure, flow, temperature, consumption).

• Optimize energy and water usage, implement cost-saving measures.

• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.

• Maintain utility logs, reports, and maintenance history.

• Coordinate with production and other departments for utility needs.

• Supervise vendors/contractors and manage AMC/service activities.

• Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new utility equipment.

• Maintain inventory of critical spares and consumables.

• Handle emergencies and implement contingency plans.
