Job Description

1. Knowledge of SMT machine program and changeover (DEK printer, YV100Xg pick and place machine, VITRRONICS XPM3)
2.Knowledge of preventive maintance of machine
3- Management of peripheral devices of machine
4. Give trainning to new operator and increase productivity
5. Manage WI,PDL, SOP and checksheet of machine and guide to machine operator
6. Material Inventory management
7. Solve the troubleshooting errors of machine.

1. Inspection of process as per SOP standard.
2. Revarify of material loading
3. Varify the In/ Out matrial on sample basis

1. Point Soldering
2. Electronics part assembly
