Install new DTH connections at customer homes
Fix dish antenna, LNB, set-top box, and cables
Align dish properly to get a clear signal
📌 Service & Maintenance
Attend customer complaints (no signal, poor clarity, channel issues)
Repair or replace faulty cables, LNB, or set-top box
Do periodic maintenance and signal checks
📌 Activation & Configuration
Activate new set-top boxes
Configure channels and customer packages
Update software and settings if required
📌 Customer Support
Explain usage of remote and set-top box to customers
Guide customers on recharge plans and channel packs
Maintain polite and professional communication
📌 Field Work & Reporting
Travel to customer locations daily
Update job status and work reports
Collect required documents or signatures
📌 Safety & Quality
Follow safety rules while working at heights
Use tools carefully and maintain quality standards
🛠 Skills Required
Basic electronics knowledge
Cable handling & dish alignment skills
