We are now looking for Engineer, Crane Service who is passionate about working in Field Services role. In this role, you will be responsible for the services and maintenance at site location. Key Responsibilities: Execute service assignments planned and allocated by the Service Planner or Maintenance Planner. Accept work packages and accurately record work performed against Service Requests (SR) and Work Packages (WP). Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities at customer sites. Record faults, observations, and recommendations using the Risk & Recommendation methodology. Estimate labor hours, material requirements, and parts costs for repair work. Conduct Safety Reviews and Visit Reviews and document outcomes along with recommended next steps. Ensure all service activities comply with company safety standards and procedures. Consult and interact with customers, providing technical advice and recommendations to support informed maintenance and repair decisions. Complete service reports and documentation accurately through CRM/Siebel Field Service systems. Identify opportunities for service improvements and additional maintenance requirements. Maintain professional customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards Qualifications Diploma/B.E. (Electrical) Experience: Number of years of experience: 5-6 years Skills & Competencies we expect for this role: Technical Skills: Knowledge of EOT Cranes, Hoists, and Material Handling Equipment. Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, drives, panels, and control circuits. Experience in CRM Siebel Field Service Portal operations. Ability to diagnose and resolve field service issues effectively. Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Behavioral Competencies: Customer-focused mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Safety-conscious approach to work. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
