Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined candidates to join our team as Trainee Printer Technicians. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices while working alongside experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in installation, servicing, and maintenance of printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Support senior technicians during customer visits and field service assignments.
Install printer drivers and perform basic device configurations.
Replace consumables and printer components such as cartridges, rollers, drums, and fusers.
Maintain service tools, spare parts, and equipment properly.
Learn technical processes through practical training and on-the-job assignments.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of computer hardware and electronics.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer applications.
Strong interest in troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment.
Willingness to work in the field and learn new technologies.
