Job Description

Position: Site Supervisor
Qualification: ITI or Diploma Holder (Civil preferred)
Experience: Relevant experience in substation / civil works supervision

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Supervising and monitoring civil works at site
Preparing project reports in coordination with the Client’s Site Engineer
Preparing bills and related necessary documentation
Deploying labor as per site requirements
Dealing with local vendors and labor contractors
Managing materials as per site requirements
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate should preferably be from Bihar to effectively handle local manpower and vendor coordination.
