Job Description

Technician – CCTV & Intercom (R&R)

• Install CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and intercom devices

• Perform cable laying, routing, termination, and device mounting

• Configure IP cameras, networking, and remote viewing Conduct system testing, camera alignment, and recording checks

• Ensure proper working of audio/video communication in intercom systems

• Verify system performance as per client requirements

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance

• Clean, inspect, and ensure proper functioning of all devices

• Attend service calls and resolve issues promptly

• Diagnose faults in cameras, DVR/NVR, power supply, and network

• Repair or replace faulty components and wiring

• Resolve connectivity and configuration issues

• Coordinate with clients and supervisors for installation schedules

• Ensure work completion within timelines

• Follow site instructions and guidelines

• Prepare installation and service reports

• Maintain records of devices, IP details, and configurations

• Update daily work status

• Follow safety practices during installation and servicing

• Use proper tools and PPE while working at heights or with electrical systems

• Guide clients on system usage and basic troubleshooting

• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper handover of systems.
