Job Description

Handle Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Technical Support.
Manage installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IP & Analog CCTV Systems.
Coordinate and schedule field engineers for service calls and project execution.
Visit client sites whenever required to resolve technical issues.
Provide remote technical support using tools like TeamViewer.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Maintain inventory and stock of technical materials.
Submit regular updates and reports through CRM/mobile applications.
Coordinate with management regarding service activities and project status.
