Install, test, commission, and maintain fire alarm systems.
Work with fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, MCPs, sounders, and modules.
Perform fire alarm cabling, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
Configure and test addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
Identify and rectify faults, alarms, and system communication issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic inspections.
Test detectors, MCPs, sounders, hooters, and other fire alarm devices.
Maintain fire alarm system documentation, service reports, and maintenance records.
Carry out system testing and ensure proper functioning as per site requirements.
Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and other contractors.
Follow fire safety procedures and applicable safety standards.
Attend emergency breakdown/service calls when required.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and low-voltage systems is preferred.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
Install IP cameras, analog cameras, NVR/DVR, monitors, and related equipment.
Perform CCTV cabling, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
Configure IP addresses, network connectivity, and remote viewing.
Diagnose and repair camera, DVR/NVR, power supply, and transmission issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system inspections.
Ensure proper camera positioning, coverage, and image quality.
Maintain installation records, service reports, and equipment details.
Coordinate with clients/site teams during installation and maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and company standards.
Troubleshoot CCTV systems and respond to service calls.
Knowledge of basic networking, LAN, switches, and structured cabling is preferred.
