  • Install, configure, and commission security alarm panels and associated devices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to intrusion alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV integrations.

  • Program and maintain security control panels, detectors, sensors, and communication modules.

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of security systems.

  • Perform site surveys and recommend appropriate security solutions.

  • Ensure all installations comply with company and client standards.

  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs.

  • Provide technical support during system upgrades and expansions.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols during field operations.
