CCTV Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints related to CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.

• Visit customer locations and resolve CCTV-related technical issues.

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and related equipment.

• Perform camera repair, replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Handle CCTV wiring, cabling, and connections.

• Check and resolve issues related to camera display, recording, connectivity, and power supply.

• Attend field service calls and ensure complaints are resolved properly.

• Coordinate with customers and provide professional technical support.

• Maintain proper records of completed service visits and work performed.
  

Requirements

• Good practical knowledge of CCTV cameras is mandatory.

• Must have experience in CCTV installation, repair, and wiring.

• Basic knowledge of DVR/NVR and networking will be preferred.

• This is a field-based job, requiring regular travel to customer locations.

• Own two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory.

• A valid driving licence (DL) is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Delhi routes and locations is required.

• Must be comfortable travelling across Delhi for customer visits.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be responsible, punctual, and professional while dealing with clients.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
