CCTV Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle customer complaints related to CCTV cameras.

• Visit customer sites and resolve CCTV-related issues in the field.

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and related equipment.

• Perform camera repair, replacement, and maintenance.

• Handle CCTV wiring, cabling and connections.

• Troubleshoot camera, recording, display, and connectivity issues.

• Resolve any technical issues related to the client's CCTV system.

• Ensure complaints are resolved properly and within the required time.

• Provide technical support and maintain good communication with clients.
  

Requirements

• Must have own two-wheeler/vehicle.

• Must have a valid driving license.

• Good practical knowledge of CCTV camera installation and repair.

• Knowledge of CCTV wiring and cabling.

• Knowledge of DVR/NVR and basic networking preferred.

• Willingness to travel to client locations for field work.

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Overtime will be paid separately as per company policy.
