Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
Troubleshoot and repair CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, IP Cameras, and related equipment.
Install and terminate network and power cables for CCTV systems.
Configure remote viewing, mobile access, and networking for CCTV systems.
Attend service calls and preventive maintenance visits at client locations.
Follow Company SOPs and maintain high service quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
Good knowledge of Analog & IP CCTV Cameras, DVR/NVR, Networking, Routers, Switches, and Cabling.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.
Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for field service.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
