Job Description

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV & Surveillance Camera Systems (Analog & IP)
Handle troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of CCTV setups
Install and support EPABX systems, Intercom systems
Configure and maintain Biometric Attendance Machines & Access Control Systems
Handle network cabling, routing, and basic LAN setup
Diagnose issues and provide on-site technical support to customers
Perform regular maintenance visits and service calls
Assist customers with basic training and usage support
Maintain proper documentation of installations and service reports

✅ Requirements:

ITI / Diploma / Any technical background preferred
Minimum 1–3 years experience in CCTV installation & field service
Basic knowledge of Networking (IP addressing, Routers, Switches)
Experience in EPABX, Biometric systems, or Office Automation products
Ability to work independently in field jobs
Good problem-solving and customer handling skills
Must have two-wheeler & valid license (preferred)

⏰ Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible depending on field work)
