JOB DESCRIPITION

The CCTV Operator will monitor surveillance cameras across all locations to ensure safety and security. The role includes observing live footage, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, maintaining incident logs, and coordinating with the security team during emergencies. The operator will also ensure proper equipment functioning and assist in retrieving footage for investigations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Monitor live CCTV footage to ensure safety and security across all locations.

· Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches immediately.

· Maintain CCTV equipment and ensure all cameras are functioning properly.

· Record, retrieve, and provide CCTV footage when required by management.

· Coordinate with security teams for quick on-ground action.

· Maintain incident logs and follow reporting procedures.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 12th Pass with strong observational skills

· 4–5 years of experience in CCTV monitoring (preferably central surveillance for multi-location operations)

· Knowledge of CCTV equipment, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance software

· Ability to maintain focus for long durations

· Good communication skills in English/Hindi

· Ability to handle pressure during critical situations

· Basic computer proficiency

· High integrity, confidentiality, and discipline
