Position: Automotive Detailer

Department: Detailing

Location: Brotomotive Autoz Pvt. Ltd.

Reporting To: Detailing Supervisor

Job Summary

The Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, restoring, protecting, and maintaining vehicles according to the company's quality standards. The role includes interior and exterior detailing, polishing, paint protection treatment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete interior and exterior detailing of vehicles.

• Carry out washing, cleaning, vacuuming, and polishing activities.

• Apply wax, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and other protective treatments as required.

• Inspect vehicles before and after the detailing process.

• Remove stains, scratches, dust particles, and other contaminants.

• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of detailing equipment and materials.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.

• Coordinate with the service advisor and quality team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Report any defects or damage observed during the detailing process.

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of detailing products and equipment.

• Understanding of polishing and paint correction techniques.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work effectively within a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Awareness of workplace safety requirements.

Educational Qualification

• ITI, diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Relevant experience in automobile detailing will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum one to three years of experience in the automotive industry.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work in a workshop environment.

• Ability to lift tools and equipment when required.

• Compliance with all safety rules and company regulations.
