Job Opening: Body Shop Advisor (Automobile)

We are hiring Body Shop Advisors to handle accident repair customers, coordinate with the workshop, and ensure smooth body shop operations with high customer satisfaction.

Qualification Required:

• Diploma / Polytechnic (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)

Job Description:

The Body Shop Advisor will be responsible for managing accident repair cases, coordinating between customers and the body shop team, and ensuring timely and quality vehicle repairs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend and guide accident repair customers

• Inspect vehicle damage and assist in estimate preparation

• Prepare job cards and explain repair process to customers

• Coordinate with workshop and paint shop teams

• Follow up on repair progress and update customers

• Ensure timely delivery of repaired vehicles

• Maintain proper documentation and customer records

• Handle customer concerns professionally

Requirements / Skills:

• Good communication skills in Punjabi & Hindi

• Strong customer-handling and coordination skills

• Must know driving (Valid Driving License preferred)

• Willingness to learn body shop and insurance processes (for freshers)
