About the Role

Indus Solar Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Battery Servicemen to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service batteries used in solar power systems and UPS backup solutions. Freshers with technical knowledge and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and maintain inverter and solar batteries at customer locations.

Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on batteries.

Diagnose battery-related issues and carry out repairs or replacements.

Check battery voltage, electrolyte levels, terminals, and charging performance.

Maintain service reports and update job completion records.

Ensure proper handling, transportation, and disposal of batteries as per safety guidelines.

Coordinate with the service team for customer support and timely issue resolution.

Educate customers on battery usage, maintenance, and safety precautions.

Follow company SOPs and safety standards while performing field service.

Eligibility

SSC/HSC/ITI/Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred).

Freshers can apply.

Experience in battery, inverter, UPS, or solar service will be an added advantage.

Basic understanding of electrical systems and batteries.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
