Job Description

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BE/B.Tech – Electronics, Electrical, IT or related field
Location: Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys and understand customer AV requirements.
Assist in product selection and solution finalization in coordination with vendors/internal team.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain solutions to customers.
Install, configure and commission AV & Video Conferencing systems.
Handle Displays, Projectors, Cameras, Microphones, Speakers, DSPs, Amplifiers, Switchers, Extenders and VC systems.
Handle AV cabling, CAT6 termination, rack installation, cable dressing and labelling.
Configure IP-based AV devices, TCP/IP, DHCP/Static IP, PoE, VLANs and basic networking.
Understand AV signal-flow diagrams, schematics and project drawings.
Supervise installation teams and site execution, ensuring work is completed as per project requirements.
Perform system testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of Audio, Video, HDMI/EDID, USB and Network issues.
Take end-to-end project ownership from site survey through installation and commissioning.
Conduct customer/user training, complete documentation and obtain final project handover/sign-off.

Candidate Profile

Should have hands-on AV experience, good networking fundamentals, strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently coordinate with customers, vendors and installation teams.
