Job Summary:
A Technician of Assembly department in FAPL is a person who will conduct the inhouse production & assembly of projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct assembly/ subassembly/ machine trial works with under guidance of Technician Team leader or Engineer.
Inspect assembly method & parts quality during assembly & highlight in case of any issue.
Ensure Job card & machine documents filling.
Highlight and resolve issues during assembly (if any) through seniors.
Guide helpers for proper & efficient assembly.
Educational Qualification: ITI. in Mechanical Fitter
Experience Required: Required 3-7 years of experience as a Technician in Assembly/ tool room/ mechanical maintenance/ service department in Machine Manufacturing/ Automation Industries.
Skills Required: ● Some knowledge of assembly drawing and part drawing reading. ● Should be aware of all mechanical measurement tools. ● Basic knowledge of machine leveling / alignment work. ● Must have worked on machine assembly work.
