Job Overview
We are looking for 10 responsible and hardworking Field Executives for Airtel Router Recovery operations in Delhi NCR – Gurgaon. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting customer locations, collecting Airtel routers/CPE equipment, updating recovery details, and ensuring all recovered equipment is handled safely and submitted as per company process.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customer locations across Gurgaon/Delhi NCR for router recovery.
Collect Airtel routers, ONTs, AirFiber devices and other CPE equipment from customers.
Verify equipment condition and serial/asset details.
Complete recovery/return documentation accurately.
Coordinate with customers professionally during equipment collection.
Submit recovered equipment to the designated team/location.
Maintain daily field visit and recovery records.
Follow company safety, quality and operational guidelines.
Complete assigned recovery targets within the given timeline.
Requirements
Good communication skills.
Own Two-Wheeler with valid documents.
Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
Willingness to travel and perform field work.
Responsible, punctual and customer-friendly.
Ability to work independently and complete daily targets.
Freshers can also apply if they are comfortable with field work.
