Yoga Trainer

  Conduct Yoga Classes:

• Teach group and individual yoga sessions.

• Demonstrate proper posture, breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.

• Adjust poses and provide modifications for all skill levels (beginner to advanced).

  Create Lesson Plans:

• Design structured class routines based on students' fitness levels and goals (e.g., flexibility, strength, stress relief).

• Plan sessions for specific styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, etc.).

  Assess Students’ Needs:

• Evaluate students’ physical conditions, health history, and limitations.

• Monitor progress and provide personalized feedback and encouragement.

  Promote Holistic Wellness:

• Educate students on yoga philosophy, mindfulness, diet, and stress management.

• Encourage a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

  Maintain a Safe and Positive Environment:

• Ensure a clean, peaceful, and safe class setting.

• Enforce proper alignment to prevent injuries.

  Administrative Duties (if applicable):

• Keep attendance records.

• Manage bookings or collect feedback.

• Support center’s marketing (social media posts, blogs, workshops).
