Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of the content strategy across web, social, email, and other digital platforms.

• Write, edit, and proofread content ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and SEO best practices.

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, product) and external writers or agencies to develop content that supports business goals.

• Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and recommendations.

• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform content ideas.

• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and tone of voice.

• Assist in repurposing existing content for different platforms and formats (e.g., blogs into social posts or infographics).

• Support the Content Manager in managing the content lifecycle—from ideation to publication and performance review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, editing, or digital marketing.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital trends.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), Google Analytics, and social media tools.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing freelancers or contributing to editorial calendars.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience in B2B or B2C content marketing.
