Key Responsibilities:

• Teach all subjects related to the JNVST syllabus effectively in the Bengali language.

• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests based on the latest NVS/JNVST exam pattern.

• Explain complex concepts clearly in simple Bengali for better student understanding.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly assessments to track student progress.

• Focus on developing logical reasoning, mathematics, language, and general awareness skills among students.

• Provide individual attention and doubt-clearing sessions for weaker students.

• Use interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, visuals, and activities, to engage students.

• Translate and adapt JNVST questions and study content from English/Hindi into Bengali accurately.

• Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and answering techniques.

• Maintain student performance records and share progress reports with parents/guardians.

• Create a motivating and disciplined classroom environment that encourages learning.

• Stay updated with latest changes in JNVST syllabus or exam guidelines.

• Participate in teacher training sessions, academic meetings, and school events.

• Support in curriculum development and educational planning for Bengali-medium JNVST coaching.

• Promote values of integrity, teamwork, and academic excellence among students.
