Conduct structured tuition classes for assigned subjects to strengthen students’ academic performance.
Prepare lesson plans and ensure timely completion of syllabus as per school curriculum.
Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
Provide individual attention to slow learners and implement remedial teaching strategies.
Maintain attendance records, academic reports, and performance tracking sheets.
Coordinate with Academic Coordinator and parents regarding student development and improvement areas.
