Job Summary:

The Sales Trainer is responsible for enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales team through structured training programs. The role involves developing sales training modules, conducting workshops, and implementing strategies to improve sales productivity and customer engagement. The Sales Trainer works closely with the sales leadership team to identify skill gaps and ensure alignment with organizational sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training).

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps in the sales team.

• Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and handouts.

• Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling skills.
