Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Trainer who has strong subject knowledge and the ability to effectively deliver training sessions. The candidates should be capable of enhancing employee skills, improving performance and ensuring continuous learning within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
Develop and deliver engaging training materials, modules and presentations.

Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Support employees in resolving queries related to training topics.
Ensure learning objectives is measured.
Maintain training records and reports.
