Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training in C, C++, Java, Python, and Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with real-world development experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in technical training delivery. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to students or professionals, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on:

  • Core programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python

  • Full Stack Development (Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular; Backend: Node.js/Java/Python; Database: MySQL/MongoDB)

• Customize training content and materials based on learner needs and current industry trends.

• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback and support.

• Conduct assessments, quizzes, coding challenges, and hands-on projects.

• Stay current with new technologies, tools, and best practices in software development.

• Work closely with the curriculum development team to refine and update training materials.

• Support learners with doubts, queries, and career guidance where applicable.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development and/or IT training.

• Proficient in C, C++, Java, Python, and full stack development technologies.

• Experience in training delivery for diverse audiences (students, working professionals, corporate clients).

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for varied learner levels.

• Certification in any programming language or full stack technologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of modern frameworks like React, Angular, Node.js.

• Experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and Version Control (e.g., Git).

• Previous experience in corporate training or edtech companies.
