Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Trainer to train and mentor aspiring Cabin Crew and Ground Staff professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong aviation industry experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for grooming students into confident, service-oriented aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Cabin Crew Training

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on in-flight services, safety & emergency procedures, grooming, and communication skills.

• Train students in customer service excellence, airline protocols, and passenger handling techniques.

• Deliver sessions on first aid, airline terminology, and crew resource management.

• Mentor students in interview preparation, group discussions, and role-play exercises for airline recruitment drives.

Ground Staff Training

• Provide in-depth training on airport operations, check-in and boarding procedures, baggage handling, security checks, and ramp services.

• Familiarize students with aviation documentation, reservation systems (DCS/GDS), and airport hospitality protocols.

• Educate trainees on airline codes, IATA regulations, and customer interaction standards.

General Duties

• Design and update training modules, manuals, and assessments as per industry standards.

• Evaluate student performance through tests, practicals, and presentations.

• Stay updated with the latest aviation regulations, airline trends, and technological advancements.

• Motivate and mentor students to achieve excellence and professionalism in the aviation domain.

• Coordinate with the placement cell for student assessments and recruitment readiness.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Aviation, Travel, or Hospitality Management.

• Former Cabin Crew / Ground Staff experience (minimum 3 years) with reputed domestic or international airlines.

• Certification in Aviation Training or Instructional Techniques (preferred).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong command over English; knowledge of Hindi or a foreign language (French/Arabic) is a plus.

• Smart personality, disciplined, and professional demeanor.
