Job Title: Training Executive
Location: Chennai
Client: Chola MS (Insurance Sector)
Shift: General (No Night Shifts)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)
Salary: Negotiable
Joining: Immediate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage training programs aligned with organizational goals.

• Monitor and report on Training KRAs and KPIs to ensure effectiveness.

• Oversee end-to-end training lifecycle including onboarding, certification, and OJT (On-the-Job Training).

• Analyze training impact on attrition and performance metrics.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training schedules.

• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal standards.

• Deliver sessions in Hindi and English as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in a training role, preferably in insurance or BFSI sector.

• Strong understanding of training metrics and performance evaluation.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English.

• Ability to manage multiple training batches and adapt to dynamic environments.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
