Job Role: IT Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable IT Trainer to train students in software technologies. Freshers with strong subject knowledge or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.

Salary & Benefits

• Starting Salary: ₹12,000 per month

• Salary Increment: Performance-based increment within 3 months

• Bond: 1-year service bond

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training on assigned IT subjects

• Explain concepts clearly in Tamil & English

• Prepare training materials, notes, and real-time examples

• Support students with doubts, practice sessions, and assessments

• Maintain training quality and discipline in class

• Assist in student projects and basic interview preparation

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Sc Computer Science, B.Sc IT, B.E / B.Tech – Computer Science,MCA, M.Sc Computer Science

• Experience:

  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge OR

  • Minimum 1 year experience in training or relevant IT field

• Must be confident in Tamil & English communication

• Good presentation and teaching skills

• Willing to work from office (Ekkatuthangal)

Skills Required

• Strong subject knowledge in any IT domain (Java / Python / Web / SAP / AWS / etc.)

• Basic computer and presentation skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
