Key Responsibilities
•Design and deliver customized training programs and workshops across various subjects to cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
• Lead engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using a mix of instructional methods and multimedia tools for great participant engagement and learning outcomes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and relevance of our training initiatives.
• Create training videos for our Learning Management System with ease and proficiency.
• Provide comprehensive explanations of concepts, showing their practical applications in real-life business scenarios.
• Facilitate offline/online demo workshops in schools according to the requirements.
• Maintain documentation like reports and trackers as assigned.
• Assist in developing, editing, and proofreading learning materials, including documentation, reference guides, and handouts, to support training sessions effectively.
• Contribute actively to various company projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities which will accelerate your growth in the company.
• Demonstrate adaptability to new technologies, processes, and standards in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.
