Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable STEM Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to school students (Classes 4 to 10). The trainer will conduct workshops, regular classes, and project-based learning sessions focused on Robotics, AI, Coding, IoT, and other STEM-related disciplines.

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Training & Teaching

• Deliver interactive STEM sessions to school students using activity-based learning.

• Teach concepts of Robotics, Coding, AI, ML, IoT, Electronics, 3D Printing, etc., in a simplified, age-appropriate manner.

• Create a fun, inspiring, and exploratory environment in the classroom/lab.

2. Curriculum Planning

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activity kits, and project models aligned with the STEM curriculum.

• Customize modules based on school syllabus and student level.

3. Lab Setup & Management

• Set up and maintain the school STEM/Robotics lab.

• Ensure the safety and functionality of tools, kits, and devices used in the classroom.

4. Project Mentorship

• Guide students in developing and presenting innovative projects and models.

• Assist in preparing for school exhibitions, competitions, and science fairs.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain attendance, session reports, and student performance records.

• Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents regarding progress and updates.

6. Skill Development

• Train students in critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and design thinking through hands-on projects.

✅ Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in teaching/training or working with school students is preferred.

• Proficiency in one or more STEM tools (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Scratch, Python, Robotics kits).

• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with young learners.
