Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mobile Repair Trainer to deliver training on both hardware and software aspects of mobile phone repair under our government-approved skill development program. The trainer will be responsible for conducting theory and practical sessions, guiding trainees in hands-on repair, and ensuring they gain job-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured training sessions on mobile hardware and software repair, including assembly/disassembly, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and component-level repair.
Teach mobile software skills such as flashing, unlocking, rooting, IMEI repair, and OS installation.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments aligned with government skill development curriculum/NSDC guidelines.
Demonstrate use of tools, equipment, and testing machines in a repair lab environment.
Monitor trainee progress and provide regular feedback, mentoring, and evaluation.
Ensure safety, discipline, and effective utilization of training equipment and lab facilities.
Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, chip-level repair techniques, and software tools to keep training relevant.
Support in conducting assessments, certification processes, and placement of trained candidates.
Essential:
Engineering/Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mobile repair (both hardware & software).
Strong knowledge of chip-level troubleshooting, soldering, circuit diagrams, and component replacement.
Experience with mobile software tools (flashing tools, unlocking software, OS installation, FRP bypass, etc.).
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair instruments (multimeter, soldering station, hot air gun, etc.).
Good communication and teaching/presentation skills.
Ability to train entry-level learners in simple and practical ways.
Preferred:
Certification in mobile repairing or electronics from a recognized institute.
Prior experience as a trainer/instructor in a skill development program (NSDC/PMKVY/DDU-GKY or similar).
Familiarity with NSQF job roles like Mobile Phone Hardware Repair Technician or Mobile Phone Software Repair Technician.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, online teaching tools).
