We are looking for an experienced and dynamic BPO Trainer who has a strong interest and basic-to-advanced knowledge of the Stock Market. The candidate will be responsible for training new and existing employees, improving communication skills, product knowledge, sales techniques, and ensuring team performance aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and process training for new hires.
Train employees on Stock Market concepts, Mutual Funds, and Financial Products.
Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
Improve communication, sales, and customer handling skills of agents.
Conduct refresher training sessions and performance improvement programs.
Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees.
Maintain training records and reports.
Coordinate with management to identify training needs.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a BPO Trainer.
Good understanding and interest in the Stock Market and Financial Services Industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
Ability to motivate and mentor teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Skills
Experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, or Financial Services processes.
Knowledge of stock market terminology and investment products.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
